  • i find that cooking oil the best. it hole up better then 1 to 3 0il do. and you didn,t smell like oil
  • Just regular MINERAL OIL that you can purchase at walmart.
  • I’m guessing that clear oil was probably mineral oil, which has less odor than other oils, such as 3-in-1, but almost any oil will work. Unless you get carried away and over-do it, it won’t transfer a lot of oil to your beard, causing you to smell 3-in-1 oil all day long.

I too like the wahls, prefer the wahl km-2. I use a 15 blade on mine, but you can probably use a 10 with no problem. A word of advise….if you are going to do any other clipping, do this area first, because the blades do get warm after a bit and they don’t much like a warm set of clippers on that particular tender area….think about it….would you??? :O)

You’re asking if there is such a thing as a depilatory for the area around a man’s privates. No. Veet and Nair are primarily for women’s legs and much too caustic on or near a man’s junk.

If “manscaping” is top priority, buy a set of clippers Norelco (generally known as “Phillips” or “Phillishave” outside the USA) makes a good set that includes beard trimmer and hair-cutter; Remington, Wahl and Krups market trimmers too.

Clippers are best, Oster or Wahl are both good brands.

Why would anyone, having matured, want to remove the hair that demonstrates their maturity?

Hi again, Butterfly. When I first got my black Pom, she had feces stuck to her behind along with being severely matted. I had no choice but to cut it out and I tried to trim everything up evenly. I used scissors only because I felt I had more control, but a barber, I am not. It looked terrible until her fur started to grow back. If you want a more even look, then I would use a clippers.

ADD: I don’t know how large your dog is, but this would work well for a smaller breed.
